With a Negotiated Quote arrangement the district contracts for transportation services with a supplier by accepting the quote by Board approval. The quote is recognized as a proper process by the State.

By not entering into a formal bid process services can be reviewed and changed at any time by the Board. Cost saving ideas from the district or the carrier can be undertaken without reopening a bid process, thus saving the staff time and the district money.s
